Who’s in your garden?

Do amphibians live nearby?

Salamanders are great slugivores! Both frogs and salamanders eat lots of invertebrates that eat our plants! And Yes they could be in your garden, if they have some habitat!

Come to DCA’s “Frogs & Friends” workshop!  Meet our frogs & salamanders and create some amphibian habitat. Materials provided!

Saturday April 8 at 10 am in the DCA room, at the Old School

Invite your salamander neighbours to the garden’s bug-fest! Our most common salamander, above, is the Roughskin Newt aka Taricha granulosa.

Participants will be able to make habitat and take it home to put in the garden.  To register call Stirling at 335-1009.
