of DENMAN CONSERVANCY ASSOCIATION

The Membership will be asked to consider amendments to the DCA bylaws, the purpose of which is to enshrine clauses to afford greater protection to conservation covenants held by DCA.
These amendments are proposed to define the circumstances where the Board may alter covenants and where the members may authorize discharge of covenants. Provisions are also proposed regarding Ecological Gifts.
