Sunday May 12 – Walk to Tree Island. Andrew Fyson will lead this annual excursion to see the wildflowers blooming on our northern neighbor Island.
Meet at 9.30am, at the end of The Point Road, (the Morning Beach Park entrance).
Bring Lunch and footwear suited to the low-tide beach. (Note date has been amended to ‘Mother’s Day, and meeting time to 9.30 am.)
Saturday May 18 – Sheelagh MacKenzie is going to do a healing plant walk at Chickadee Lake. Meet at the end of Lake Rd at 12 noon – rain or shine.
